Cancellation & Refund Policy

At SpawnPoint Café, we are committed to providing you with a smooth and enjoyable experience. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent for both walk-in customers and online bookings.

1. Gaming Slot Bookings

  • Bookings can be canceled up to 2 hours before your reserved time for a full refund.
  • Cancellations within 2 hours of the booking are non-refundable.
  • No-shows are not eligible for a refund.

2. Café Orders (Online or Prepaid)

  • Once an order is placed and prepared, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
  • If you were charged but did not receive your order, please contact our team within 24 hours.

3. Events & Tournaments

  • Event registrations are refundable only if the cancellation is made at least 24 hours in advance.
  • In case of event postponement or cancellation by SpawnPoint, participants will be offered a full refund or credit.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at support@spawnpoint.app with your booking/order ID and reason for cancellation.

5. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original method of payment.

6. Exceptions

Refunds may not be issued in cases of abuse, repeated cancellations, or violations of our café policies.
